Tips to prevent infection during - after pregnancy

 The pregnancy is the must beautiful movement for every mother and mother are very Happy during whole pregnancy but during whole pregnancy the mother are suffer from some type of problem, and the infection are most probably occur in pregnancy and  infection are most prevelent in antenatal women in  ,then I give u some tips to avoid any type of pregnancy infection and giving the birth to baby without stress

4 types of most prevelent infection during and after pregnancy and their tips to prevent infection

1/Zika infection -It is the type of infection that transmit to mother to the fetus during pregnancy!the Zika infection is caused due to Zika virus and the Zika virus are harmful virus that cause by the mosquito bites and it cause the birth defect in baby and it also spread during sex.

Tips -1/avoid the traveeling where the Zika virus are present 

2/avoid to the mosquito bites take a full selves 

3/the zika virus is spread through the sex then the partner are used condom to prevent the infection during pregnancy

2/urine infection/the urine infection is the most prevelent infection during pregnancy and 80%female are suffer from urine infection during pregnancy 

Tips_always hand washed during and after passing urine 

2/Do not used public washroom 

3/change the undergarments daily

4/Do not wear the undergarments of other person

5/Do not used any soap in the vagina

6/if the infection occur the used the V wash it is helpful for reducing the infection

3/STD infection_sexually transmitted diseases like  a AIDS, Syphilis etc this  infection are harmful to mother and baby and it is spread during the sexual intercourse

Tips _During sexual intercourse used the condom to prevent the infection

2/consult to the doctor and follow up

3/Do the all STD test to recognize the which type of infection 

4/blood infection The  blood infection are occur during delivery due to unhyginal delivery ,and afterd due to postpartum haemrroage 

Tips_Do a prefer  antiseptic hygiene delivery in hospital

2/Do not prefer a home delivery to prevent blood infection 

3/ Do not used the cloth after the delivery ,used a pad to prevent infection 

4/clean your hand after going to washroom 

5/In hospital used full sleeve cloth to prevent mosquito bites
