The urinary tract infection very common in pregnancy and every woman are suffer from in one time during whole pregnancy the office women's are more chances to infection of urinary system the urinary tract infection occur in any part of the urinary system like bladder kidney ureters and urethra the infection are most common lower part of the urinary system the women have greater risk for developing a infection then a men
In every year 8 to 10 percent females are suffer from urinary tract infection infection are spread from bladder to the kidney it may be painful and if it is untreated then its cause complications and disease of kidney

Symptoms
Sometimes the urinary tract infection not show any sign and symptoms but sometimes symptoms are appear like
- Burning sensation when urinating
- A small, persistent ,urge to urinate
- Pain during urinate
- Pain in the pelvis area especially center in the pelvis
- Frequent or small amount of urine
- Itching
- Urine appear may b cloudy
- Urine appear may b red due to sign of blood

Female anatomy_If the female has shorten urethra then it is the risk factor for women for gaining UTI infection
Birth control method _if the women previously used the birth control method like a spermicide agent then it have risk factor of UTI infection during pregnancy
Dirty / public washroom used _if the office going women and the women who is using a public washroom that have more chance of UTI infection
Why are UTI infection are more common during pregnancy
During pregnancy ,more changes are appear in women body then the hormonal changes also occur in pregnancy the hormonal changes are one of the reasons of UTI infection because it changes the urinary system
The hormonal changes cause vesicourethral reflux it means the urine flow is back Up from your bladder to kidney then it can cause the UTI
In pregnancy the growing uterus are presses on bladder then the capacity of bladder to store urine is decrease
Then the frequency of urine passing is Increased then it other source of UTI
Cause
1/Escheria coli_Ecoli is the most common cause of the UTI then other bacteria also cause the urinary tract infection if the women can't wipe the urethra
2/sexual activity _If the women is sexual active and then not cleaning the vagina then bacteria move from vagina to the urethra
3/Group b streptococcus_many women have this bacteria in the colon or vagina can it cause the UTI infection aur can pass to the newborn the doctor will test of group B streptococcus in 36_37weeks of pregnancy if the women are positive then doctor give the antibiotic through IV line in the labour
Diagnosis
Urine test _during pregnancy doctor recommended urine test for check the bacteria in urine culture and detect the urine infection
Treatment
Antibiotic treatment during pregnancy _the doctor recommended antibiotic treatment during pregnancy 3_ 7 days
if the the infection feel uncomfortable for women then probably doctor will start the treatment before the checking the urine test report
If your symptoms are go away in 3 days then you take a medicine in same schedule don't stop if the symptoms are faded
Antibiotic treatments the antibiotics recommended by doctor amoxicillin, penicillin erythromycin etc

1/drink plenty of water at least eight to nine glass per day

5/take a shower bath
6/avoid alcohol spicy food and citrus fruit
7/wear cotton underwear
8/do not wear tight pants!
