1/in the 3rd trimester the mother doing the some antennal exercise and walk daily for 1-2hours morning and evening
2/the mother take a healthy diet in 3rd trimester like a milk with ghee it is easy for the mother to deliver a baby through vagina
3/take a iron calcium daily because in this time the haemoglobin level are much important for delivery because if the haemoglobin level low the chance of antepartum haemorrhage
4/starting of 9th month of pregnancy the mother doing a moping in sitting position it is helpful for mother to stretching the muscle of vagina and it's very helpful for vaginal delivery
5/ after starting the 9th month of pregnancy according to Indian people the mother take a warm food like a milk, egg , almond etc to easily moving the baby dropping down and helpful for the normal vaginal delivery
6/ the starting of 9th month the mother doing the pelvic exercise like a butterfly exercise sqating exercise etc
7/Take a adequate sleep in all pregnancy time but in 3rd trimester the mother take adequate sleep in night for 7_8hour and in day time 2-3hours

10/Good doctor _concent a doctor and take a atleast 4antenatal visit in pregnancy or follow up the doctor
